Description of Service
SurbTech Store is an online marketplace that aggregates fashion, apparel, and lifestyle products from various independent sub-merchants. SurbTech Store facilitates the transaction, but the products are sold and shipped by the individual Sub-Merchants.

User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Orders and Transactions
- Pricing & Descriptions: All prices, product descriptions, and images are provided by the Sub-Merchants. SurbTech Store displays them in good faith. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Please note that the color of items may vary slightly from digital representations due to screen settings.
- Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy the product. The contract for sale is formally between you and the specific Sub-Merchant (e.g., for jewellery from OrnaShine or apparel from ActiveSoul Wear), not with SurbTech Store. We act as a commercial agent to conclude the transaction on their behalf.
- Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. A Sub-Merchant may cancel an order if an item is out of stock.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SurbTech Store or its Sub-Merchants and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use merchant-specific designs (e.g., from ThreadAura Fabrics or BagVibe Studio) without their explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
SurbTech Store shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service or products purchased from Sub-Merchants. Our liability is limited to the total value of the order in question.
